Enith Richardson - Chairperson

Richardson has been involved in the Banking industry in North America for more than 40 years.  She has served in several different venues as Accountant, Financial Analyst, Assistant Controller, Manager, and Banking Executive.  Her expertise has been the high level compilation, analysis and scrutiny of Financial Statements and during the past 10 years her focus turned to analysing margin conditions of collateral relating to the various Stock Exchanges.  Richardson serves as a Missionary in her local community, serving alongside her husband, a presiding Bishop who is the Prelate and Overseer of three sister churches in the states of Florida and Georgia. 

Lisa-Anne M. Knowles

Dr. Knowles has been instrumental in the establishment of three higher education institutions in the Caribbean - Omega College, Whole Life College and Khanan University.  She has also served as a Board member for other educational institutions.  It came as no surprise that she became involved in higher education leadership, as after finishing her Ph.D., her thirst for knowledge led her to pursue two additional masters degrees a few years later. Dr. Knowles has lectured at leading colleges and universities in the Caribbean and UK, and has conducted ground breaking research addressing the identification of the levels and treatment of child physical abuse and institutionalised children in the Caribbean.  She was also involved in the UK's first ever Disability Sex Survey which included participants from virtually every continent.  Uniquely combining expertise in the fields of Sociology, Psychology and Business, she has made significant contributions to both the private and public sector, and is actively engaged in civil society partnerships throughout Latin America, the Caribbean and North America.  In addition to her work in the secular arena, Dr. Knowles also serves as the Director of Ministries at her local church. 

Robert Dibie
is Dean and Professor at Indiana University Kokomo's School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA). Previously, he served as the director of graduate programs in public administration at Western Kentucky University. Professor Dibie is the author of several books, book chapters, and more than 70 research articles in peer-refereed journals. He has presented more than 100 academic papers in national and international conferences, focusing on issues of sustainable development, public management, public policy, and African politics. He is currently the Editor of the Journal of International Politics and Development. Professor Dibie has also consulted for several NGOs and universities in the United States, Africa and the Caribbean Islands.  He also serves as a ministry leader at Family Worship Center in Kokomo, Indiana.  


Judy Knowles
is a retired off shore banking executive, having worked with off shore banks based in the Caribbean, Switzerland and North America.  She spends her retirement travelling and providing advisory support on creative techniques for growth and development to a number of small businesses in the Caribbean.  Knowles has a special interest in seeing higher education become accessible to all. 


Kayann G. Balli
is the lead attorney at Balli & Associates, and has offered her legal expertise to hundreds of clients from varying spheres of life in Jamaica as well as serving international clients.  Balli has been involved in the establishment of several small businesses in Jamaica, where she retains responsibility as Company Secretary.  She is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association and previously served on the Association's Family Law and Publications sub-committees.  She was also a member of the Parish Advisory Committee of the Victim Support Unit for Kingston & Saint Andrew.
  Balli is married with a young family and is a member of Fellowship Tabernacle in Kingston where she serves as an active member of the Drama Ministry.
