Proof of Ability to Pay
Applicants who are applying for full time status must submit a statement from their bank (or their parent/guardian's bank in the case of minors) verifying their ability to pay the full cost of their education for one year. The bank statement must specify the name of the applicant and their relationship to the sponsor, if applicable.
Enrolment Deposit
Successful applicants to Khanan University degree and year long programs will be required to pay an enrolment deposit to reserve their space at the University. This deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is applied to their tuition and is due on the last Thursday of:
Where holidays fall on any of these days, the deadline will be shifted to the Wednesday.
For persons who apply after the specified deadline for application submission, their enrolment deposit must be received two weeks after notification of admission or by 12 noon on the Thursday before the start of their first class, whichever is first.
Khanan University cannot accept debit or credit card payments over the phone or in person. Cash payments are also not accepted in person.
Payment for Ed2go Short Courses and Career Training Programs
There is no additional application fee for short courses and Career Training Programs. All fees are covered in the overall cost for short courses and programs. Students must however submit an application form to Khanan University for entry to any of these programs.

- Credit Card Payments (these are currently accepted for our Ed2Go short courses and Career Training Programs only).

- Wire Transfers - Contact the Business Office for full wire transfer details. Please note that if you use the wire transfer service, you will incur sending and receiving fees
- Direct (in branch) payments (accepted in Jamaica only, using the exchange rate set by Khanan University)

Payment Notification Guidelines
Once you have made a payment, using the 'Contact Us' form, select 'Tuition and Payment,' attach a scanned copy of your transaction/confirmation slip received from the bank and indicate the following in the 'Contact Us' form:
- What fee payment applies to
- our full name and address
- our telephone and email contact information
Third Party Payments (Scholarships and Grants)
- If you are on a scholarship or are receiving a grant, we will need proof of the scholarship or grant from the awarding entity
- You will not be able to enrol in classes until we receive payment from your scholarship or grant source
- Where applicable, refunds for students who are on scholarship or are due grants, will not be issued until the scholarship/grant funds arrive at Khanan University in full.
