ID CARDS
ID cards are requested using our online system. You may also submit all ID related questions online via the 'Student Services' selection of the 'Contact Us' form.
You must upload a digital photo in accordance with the following guidelines in order for your card to be processed:
- Please ensure that you have paid for your ID card before submitting a digital photo
- The photo must have a plain white or off-white background
- Ensure that the photo is a full frontal position (no side profiles will be accepted)
- The photo must be of your head and shoulders only
- The photo should be saved in JPEG (.jpg) format using your first name, middle initial(s) and last name as the file name (e.g. JohnPSmith.jpg)
- You are to submit your photo via the 'Contact Us' page, selecting the 'Student Services' category
- In the body of the form, indicate if you are an undergraduate or postgraduate student. Also, include your student ID number and program of study

Student workshops are all coordinated by Student Services.
