Khanan University is a Christian university, which offers a holistic approach to Higher Education.  Students are exposed to traditional academics, practical applications, and personal and professional development training to meet their overall development needs.  Khanan University was founded in Kingston, Jamaica in 2009.  Originally called Khanan College, which continues to exist as an arm of the University, the name Khanan University was governmentally approved within the following year, reflecting the full growth and developmental aims of the institution.  By serving as an online and distance learning institution, Khanan University provides academic and professional advancement opportunities for its students who are not bound by geographical limitations.


Khanan is a Hebrew word meaning "to show favour, be gracious." 

Khanan University is home to the Khanan Eagles.   We want to see all of our students soar like eagles in their academic, professional, personal development and ministry pursuits.

In collaboration with our international partners, Khanan University is able to offer fully accredited degree programs to our students.
